Bridget Marcotte

Bridget has more than 15 years of experience in the GIS/mapping industry, utilizing remote sensing and GIS technology to deliver innovative and quality land cover classifications and data analysis to clients. She has experience providing state-of-the-art applications of photogrammetry, remote sensing, and GIS to address real-world issues.

Bridget is currently a project manager for The Sanborn Map Company, Inc. As project manager she oversees project timelines and budgets and works directly with clients to ensure project success. She has had direct accountability for project development and execution throughout the project management lifecycle including proposal writing, project scheduling, project deliverables, production and QC, project budgeting, and controlling all aspects of projects in accordance with contract documents. Bridget has significant experience in managing all phases of oblique and orthoimagery, lidar, GIS and remote sensing projects.

Bridget has a Bachelor of Science in geography, cartography/geographic information systems from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the University of Texas in Arlington. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), her skills, knowledge, and abilities are recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Sampa Patra

Sampa Patra
Senior GIS Analyst

County of Santa Clara

A 14-year employee at the County of Santa Clara, Sampa  is a senior GIS analyst in the Technology Services and Solutions Department, responsible for GIS professional services.

Sampa holds double master’s degrees in geography, one with emphasis on GIS from San Jose State University and another with cartography and geomorphology from Calcutta University, India. 
Sampa's focus is in Geocoding, Spatial Analysis, Automation with python and emergency response support.  Currently she is supporting Public Health Department for COVID 19  and exploring 3D and imagery data.
