What We Do
- Develop and manage the GIS Strategy for implementing a sustainable County-wide GIS program
- Communicate, coordinate and collaborate with all stakeholders, to build effective working relationships
- Ensure that a governance framework and associated processes for inter-departmental and County-wide GIS collaboration is in place
- Develop operating plans for the Enterprise GIS
- Ensure that resources for the County's GIS program are identified and made available
- Develop and deploy framework application solutions in accordance with GIS Program goals
- Develop additional opportunities for GIS investment in accordance with the goals and priorities of the county-wide GIS program.
